Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version
Subscriptions are not refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date. The free trial and the free tier exist so you can fully evaluate Repeachy before any money changes hands.
Trials
Studio and Pro start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you are never charged at all.
No refunds after a charge
Once a payment has been processed — first charge or renewal — it is final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly and yearly plans alike.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing portal (two clicks, no email required). To make sure a cancellation is registered before your next charge, cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date. After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Billing errors
Genuine billing errors — duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation — are always corrected. Email hello@repeachy.com with the charge date and we will fix it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants a mandatory withdrawal or refund right, that right applies as written in the law.
What you keep
Patterns exported while your plan was active keep their commercial license permanently, regardless of later cancellation.
